Moldcamp is the first Drupal Camp in The Republic of Moldova. Moldcamp will take place on May 17-18 , 2014, inside the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, in the capital city - Chisinau.

Moldcamp 2014 aims to gather over 100 Drupal enthusiasts from all over the world. Drupal Moldova Association, the event organizer, hopes to promote The Republic of Moldova as an important European Drupal and Open Source hub and connect local and international Drupal developers and business owners.

Drupal Surpasses 1 Million Websites

Today the Drupal Association, the nonprofit organization dedicated to helping the Drupal open source project flourish, announced that Drupal is now used to run more than one million websites around the world. As of February 15, 2014 the number of sites using Drupal is 1,005,489 according to the automated tool on Drupal.org which tallies most of the live Drupal sites on the web.
